Help w/ picking blank discs (verbatim)?
I was just wondering, I heard that if if you leave a cd in the sun to long it could lose data? Is that true with burned songs onto a blank disc and then that in the sun to long or just in a hot room? And have any of you used Verbatim blank discs for burning music on? if so how are they quality wise? And have any of them lost songs by being in intense heat for to long? And just how do you like them? Thanks(if you took your time to answer). Oh yeah and where are they the cheapest?
I haven't heard that myth. I've used Verbatim cds and I haven't lost any of my music. I live in South Florida and my car gets HOT during the summer and that's where I have some of my burnt cds. I can't imagine a better test than that. (Unless you're putting your cds in an oven for some reason.)
I usually get mine at Best Buy for a good price, especially when they're on sale. If you don't have a Best Buy near you I'm sure Walmart has them.
