Will using readyboost damage my usb flashdrive?
I bought this memory stick yesterday http://www.mymemory.co.uk/USB-Flash-Drives/Kingston/Kingston-8GB-DataTraveler-G3-USB-Flash-Drive---Yellow and i have just read about readyboost. Will this damage my flash drive? because I've had many and i don't want to break this one
I don't see how it could damage it. If the memory stick is especially poor quality then perhaps the constant reading and writing of memory could affect it but this is unlikely.
If you no longer wish a memory stick to be a Readyboost disk you can format it.
